Matt Haney

Matt has supported key pro-housing policies in his work in Sacramento, where he chairs the Assembly Housing and Community Development Committee. He supports ending exclusionary zoning, increasing density near transit, and dramatically increasing San Francisco’s housing supply, while also advocating for affordable housing and stronger renter protections. He is supporting the efforts to save Bay Area transit and to give Muni the funding it needs to prevent catastrophic funding cuts.
