City College

Monroe is a community college graduate and a public school educator. She has both the lived and professional experience to guide City College to better serve our residents.

She has hands-on experience helping community college students succeed. She understands the importance of the bridge between SFUSD and City College, which is essential at this time when there is an increasing focus in our public education institutions to strengthen career and college readiness. To support young people and to build the workforce our city needs to thrive, we need people like Monroe in place who can ensure City College is key in building that bridge.
