Tim Tung

Board of Education

Tim is an SFUSD parent with a professional background in public finance. He has served on the School Site Council at his children’s school and he is a member of an SFUSD advisory body.

He is focused on strengthening the fiscal health of the school district, fixing the broken school lottery system, and improving student outcomes. His lens on these issues is to improve enrollment so we not only support the families in our public schools, but also bring more families into SFUSD to improve enrollment.

Tim’s clear focus on families and strong public finance background will be an asset to SFUSD.
